Information about returns

If the product is not to your liking, you want to return the product.

Please let us know by using the contact form or by sending an email to info@dewarmemat.nl

After the request you can return the package in 2 ways:

1. With our return portal
2. Please return the package yourself to the address below:

Please ensure that the product is returned properly packaged.

Only applications within 14 days (after receipt date) will be processed. After application of the return you have another 14 days to return the products.

We only accept returns on products ordered from us.

NB!

If products are damaged during the cooling-off period, we will accept them back, but the damage will be charged through a reduction in value or compensated with the purchase amount to be refunded.

We do not accept returns on products made especially for you, such as custom-made products.

Return shipping costs will not be refunded!

The return shipping costs are settled with the purchase amount to be refunded via the return portal . You pay the shipping costs yourself (€7.50).

If you paid the return shipping costs yourself, you will of course receive the full purchase price back.

After receiving the returned package, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Once more:

Damaged products will be accepted for return but there may be a reduction in value.
